Editing my previous review. After going back many times, El Faro's in Concord has been consistently excellent. Their chips, salsa, chicken burritos, and service has been flawless. I ordered online, and they were ready for me. Excellent restaurant, best breakfast burritos I've had in this area, fantastic boiled red sauce chicken (far better than everyone else in this entire region), and fantastic service. Great people and great food.

The Shrimp Burrito is my go to at El Faro. Shrimp, bell peppers, onions, rice, and cheese… add some hot salsa, and everything tastes great!

Jan 2025. Ordered through their website, which launched recently for online ordering. This is a great choice, as it kept me from waiting after placing a walk up order with the kitchen staff. Order was accurate and for quickly prepared food, our burritos, fajita plates, were prepared, as expected. I prefer their mild crushed salsa and their hot/picante salsa doesn't hit.
